Does your bike have no space between seatstay and seat tube?

None...it is an aero road frame with the seat tube curved to match the wheel profile.

Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

CK you could put some broom bristles along that downtube for an automatic continuous tire wipe. Nice bike!

Fausto would not recognize. Not that that's a bad thing. Well not totally bad.

I have decided to try the Castelli Entrata and Arenberg gloves to see which I prefer. Since all of the cycling clothing I've purchased for my "comeback" to road cycling is Castelli, I might as well stick with them. Yes, I know I'm a poseur, but for the life of me I just cannot justify mixing and matching clothing from different brands.I know that sounds silly, but I must stay true to myself, LOL!!! Thanks for all the replies.

Yes tire wiping was common but it was probably because flat protection back in the day sucked.

Also, for many of us, tires cost a lot higher percentage of our income then.  A $30 silk on a bike shop hourly was a lot of money!

And by contrast, I happily mix and match anything.  (Well some of my food choices have been less than successful!)

My tires only might match.  (Getting far worse now that I have 5 bikes, two rears per and fewer than 10 fronts.  Fronts get borrowed from bike to bike.  And that is getting worse.  My bikes all can handle bigger fronts that rears.  I now run a 28c G+ in front on my good fix gear; my current favorite bike but am limited to 25c in back so I am using the rear wheel to wear out my old Open Paves on the way to going back to tubular.)
