Now that both the Italians and Brits are preventing any rider previously banned from riding the Olympics who will actually race for them come summer time? I guess some of the Juniors will be eligible

Banning the ex-dopers from racing in the Olympics seems like a slap on the wrist when they can still race the real races such as le Tour. Who would give up a Tour for one Olympics? Racing that is, winning it a whole other thing.
