Was really hoping no one would step up....the fact that the budget will actually increase is pretty disheartening.

Sounds like Ineos with a questionable environment record is controversial in Britain. Protests planned at Tour of Yorkshire.

Quite a change for a team with an environment message save the oceans last year.
