Habanero (Dave) and his longtime girlfriend got married last Saturday.

I flew out from Missouri to Maine for a couple days, met him in person and attended the wedding. Had a total blast eating lobster, laughing about VN Tech Talk Forum and some of the characters from back in the day. It was great to met his daughters, of whom he is justifiably proud. Dave's new wife is a gem, full of life, gracious, funny, and properly spunky. They're a fine match.

He's got a lot of superb friends and family, my wife and I now have Maine as a vacation destination with a ready made group of newly-made friends with whom to ride, hike, and goof-off.
The place is magnificent and Dave is as fun in person as on the forum (still hating on him for that Spain deal, though).

It got a lot of laughs when I mentioned that, like Hab and his wife, he and I also met on-line.

PS. There was a recent Wall Street Journal article about "Eating your way across Maine."

Dale, one thing to remember when your in Maine. If you ever stop and ask for directions, you may get an answer of, "You can't get theya form heyah" Also it's pronounced, Lobstah :-)

Good looking couple.

Hab's not quite at the fighting weight he used to be at in Spain but is obviously leading the good life :-)

The only way to address that is to move back to Spain and that is being worked as we speak.
