Most referees in ball sports (soccer, NBA, NHL ) are required to keep up with the action. The are typically older in age. Would it make sense to allow them access to PEDs ?

Some of those football officials are pretty fit and must be able to keep up to the players on the field. Should they be held to the same standards as the players? Under the supervision of a doctor I can't see why not but not self medicated like the players
It might look bad if the ref can outrun the players too.

Interesting, so it is ok for one ref to steal a job from another ref by using PEDs but not one athlete to steal a job from another athlete?

I just wonder were the testing line gets drawn. Why just athletes?

Can an older plumber take PEDs and keep a younger more fit one out of work? Why not test plumbers ? Why allow them to take low T drugs ?

It is an interesting line of thinking. Once you start to mess with survival of the fittest with drugs where do you stop?

Should I be allowed to earn a living even though I'm wearing glasses ? I'm cheating a 20/20 person out of earring a good living. The rules of society say glasses (PE) are ok.

Just an interesting line of thinking.

What a clever, provocative question.
A: Sure, why not. Sanctimonious doping purists will have a seizure trying to decide if it's OK or absolutely evil (since there can be no middle ground with purists), which will make it even better.

A friend had an interesting take on this one.

Strippers and plastic surgery (PES, Performance Enhancing Surgery ).

Is getting (PES) cheating in the stripper world ?

Should they just work on their dance skills, get to the gym more, watch what they eat, take a few acting classes or just go ahead and get the (PES) ? Take the quick and easy way.

Is it the only way to be competitive ? The norm is everyone does it. Is it safe ? Probably not. Does it work ? Probably. Can it work out financially for you? You bet.

Is (PES) in the stripper world the same as (PED) in the sports world ?

Oh and are you more entertained by a stripper who used (PES) than one who did not ?

Are you more entertained by a single athlete who stands out as far better than everyone else or a group that uses (PED) to level out the playing field ?

In entertainment it is always about outliners. If no one used (PES or PED) only a few would stand out but those left behind would strive to catch up. There is a gain to be had.

From cyclist to ref's to plumbers to strippers. We've certainly taken the doping discussion to a new level.

On the other side I'm seeing a move away from doping in the tanning arena.

Maybe there should be PES strip clubs and non-PES strip clubs? Speaking of strip clubs, I was in one about 20 years ago for a bachelor party and one of the young ladies noticed that my legs were rather muscular, tan and better shaved then her legs. Instantly, I had about 5-10 girls wanting to "cop a feel" - that really pissed off the other patrons!

I can tell you from experience, having shot pro sports, that I would not be at all surprised if some of the refs were using a little "pick me up" to keep up with the speed on the field, court or ice. There are a couple of refs in the ACC (football) who, in their 40's and 50's, are in better shape then some of the players.

Are (PES) for strippers all that different than (PED) for athletes ?

Are either safe ?

Do they take jobs away from others who have natural physical attributes ?

Is there big money involved ? ( things are relative )

Is it the youth that get prayed upon by people in charge ?

Are they ok for those not in the industry ? your wife can have (PES) and you can take EPO and no one cares. Not until it involves a job does it matter.

They are very similar.

I think the Travis at the USADA should be just as concerned with (PES) for strippers as (PED) for cyclists. What is the difference ?

Morality aside, working as a strip club PES controller would be tits.

Ride On, Congress has to ask USADA to monitor that aspect of the entertainment industry. So far, USADA is just tasked to monitor the Olympic sports.

Contact your representative. Tell him/her that PESs are taking jobs/income from young women in his/her district. (Don't mention the loss of income of cosmetic doctors.)

Funny aside. Two months ago I was referred to the best hand specialist in the Portland area for the injury/infection of my hand. Dr. Kim Chee Vu. As I was approaching from the highway, I could see the big sign on the building "The Vu Center". Walk in the lobby. There is a big sandwich sign with Dr. Vu's top 10 procedures. #1, breast augmentation. #9, post pregnancy vaginal rejuvenation. All the rest were cosmetic in one form or another. 3/4s of the patients in the waiting room were clearly there for one of #1-10. Dr. Vu was very professional. I have no doubt she is as good as she was hyped to be for my hand. (She recommended a very conservative approach of dressings and exercise.)

As rideon hinted at, for a stripper PES is not really performance enhancing. Dance lessons would fit the bill much better. Now VES is a better term.

I have seen strippers who were stacked and could not dance a lick and less endowed strippers who could work a room!

Regulations are being developed and will be in place for enforcement at the upcoming First Annual Striplympics. Free Viagra will be avaliable for male members of the viewing audiance that suffer from ED to avoid the embarrassment of a possible Striplimpdicks.
