Sadly, it will likely just be considered an accident since cyclists aren't supposed to be on the road at those hours. As soon as you swing a leg over a bike, you are a less-than. Whatever... And a drunk at 9 am? Jeesh, little bit too much partying for a Tuesday night, don't ya think?

I don't understand how this is manslaughter. You drank intentionally, you drove intentionally, killing someone is not unexpected.

We had someone killed by a hit and run near my house a few nights ago. She turned herself in the next day (probably after she sobered up).
