Paulinho stays with Bruyneel

The speculation about where Sergio Paulinho will end up in 2010 is now over. The talented Portuguese rider has agreed to a two-year contract with Lance Armstrong's new RadioShack team.
Tactically, this is a key move for team manager Johan Bruyneel, as he continues to sign proven riders that have no qualms about executing the team's strategy.
This also means that, whether Paulinho rides the 2010 Tour de France or not, Alberto Contador will not have a valuable ally working along side him. Bruyneel and company are smart enough to realize that Contador had no equal physically this past July, reavealing that there best (only) chance was to exploit him tactically.
