Adam Blythe, an upcoming British talent, has inked a one year deal with Silence Lotto. The 19 year old is currently a stagiair with the Belgian team and normally rides for their development team, Davo-Lotto.
Blythe had a succsful season with several impressive results, including a stage win in the Thüringen-Rundfahrt and two second places in the Ronde van Antwerpen.
With the new British Team Sky focused on UK riders, it is somewhat surprising to see Blythe go to the Belgian squad.
Last week Silence-Lotto also signed Belgian Jurgen van Goolen.
