Monday, September 14, 2009 Rising Belgian star to Silence-Lotto by Nick Mulder at 11:57 AM EST   comments Categories: Pro Cycling   Jan Bakelants (Topsport Vlaanderen) will be riding for Silence-Lotto next year. Manager Marc Sergeant confirmed the young-Belgian’s future after Mathew Goss’s (Saxo Bank) win in Paris-Brussels. Bakelants, regarded as Belgium’s most promising stage-racing talent after winning last year’s Tour de L’Avenir, is one of the many riders leaving Topsport Vlaanderen.
