Quick Step rider Wouter Weylandt injured his knee and now must rest for at least 10 days. The young Belgian went to see Dr. Toon Claes in Ghent to have his injury examined, and unfortunately found more than just his knee had problems.

"A bone scan taken of my body and it shows that I also have broken a rib. That's a souvenir from a fall during the cyclo-cross race in early December," Weylandt said to hln.be

He had already missed more than a week of of training since the injury, meaning even if his recovery goes well he will still miss nearly a month on the bike.
