He will be doing his laps with Torróntegui, a former world cup winner, and Efrén Vázquez from the Blusens BQR team. With this initiative Torróntegui and his team intend to pay tribute to the Spanish rider for his brilliant victory at the Olympic Games Beijing that earned the rider gold in the mens road race. "Samu is an exemplary athlete who deserves the recognition. Knowing his fondness for motorcycles this (riding on the track) seemed a good way to honor his effort by giving him the opportunity to ride with professionals.
