Wednesday, November 26, 2008 Vandenbroucke signs with Cinelli-OPD by VeloNation Press at 2:29 PM EST   comments Categories: Pro Cycling   Italian team Cinelli-OPD has signed former Classics specialist Franck Vandenbroucke for 2009. The Belgian rider had his biggest season in 1999 when he won the Liege-Bastogne-Liege and Het Volk, but has had difficulty keeping his personal problems in check which has left a trail of terminated contracts.
