Day nine: Schwerin-Hamburg, 145km

Well, didn't get to post this yesterday, so here comes a real brief entry. Heading to the train soon, so will write more details while in transit.

What can I say - another sunny day and a gorgeous ride through beautiful scenery. Time seems to have come to a full stop in the remote areas - a quite relaxing experience.

This will be a short entry as it is getting late. I will fill in the details during tomorrow's train ride and then post it in the evening.

I found the youth hostel with only a rough idea (from my 1:150000 map) where it should be and with asking for directions once. The only bummer is the sign with the letters: "Youth hostel - 150 meters" - all up the stairs! But I ride around some and eventually find a rideable way.

I share the room with a guy from San Francisco and a second guy, a cyclist also and a bit sick - so I decide to leave quickly.
