Australian Robbie McEwen comes in for Katusha team-mate Gert Steegmans for the Driedaagse va De Panne, which starts on Tuesday, Belga agency reported.
Steegmans is having back problems and must take a break from riding.
Russia's Nikolai Trusov will replace Steegmans for the Tour of Flanders this coming Sunday, where the team will hope it's captain Filippo Pozzato can take home the victory.
