Russian Viatcheslav Ekimov and Spaniard Haimar Zubeldia (Astana) will be following Johan Bruyneel to Radio Shack.
Ekimov will join as a director sportif while Zubeldia will ride alongside Lance Armstrong in 2010.
Zubeldia, 32, will break his contract with Astana after receiving encouragement from Bruyneel to join Radio Shack.
"I will seek a release from the final year of my current contract with Astana in order to deal with RadioShack. Johan Bruyneel has told me that he counts on me for this new project,” Zubeldia told Spanish media Marca.
Zubeldia is currently racing the Vuelta A Espana where he is in ninth overall, only 3:01 behind general classification leader Alejandro Valverde (Caisse d'Epargne).
