Spanish rider Moisés Dueñas, who tested positive for EPO during the 2008 Tour de France, has been given the go ahead to return to racing by the International Cycling Union (UCI). His two-year doping ban was reduced due to his cooperation with the Spanish cycling federation.

Dueñas, 28, is looking for a team but is realistic about his chances telling EFE, "I hope to find a team, but it is the end of the year and teams are mostly full."

He raced in 2009 with an amateur team because the UCI did not officially recognize the reduction in his ban. The Spaniard rode with Agritubel for two years and moved over to Barloworld in 2008 where he was later fired for his positive doping result.
