Hey everyone,

I am currently trying to figure out and calculate my IF, CTL and TSS.  I,ve been looking around and didn't come up with much that made sense.  If anyone has any input on how to get this, it would be huge.

So far I have this (it might be wrong) :

I did some high L3/ low L4 yesterday for 2 x 20's.

So, TSS = (91% x 91% x .3 x 100) = 24.8 TSS   (??????)

91% is my % of my FTP, .3 is the 20 minutes

Thanks,
-Greg

Keep in mind that 100 TSS = 1 hour of riding at FTP (Functional Threshold Power) aka CP60. In my experience, an easy threshold workout @ 90% for 40 minutes rates at a around 50 TSS; so 24.8 per 20 min interval looks sound.

Are you using a PowerMeter?
